1. Cutting topography

The central parts of the front and back are cut exclusively from the strongest and densest part of the skin - saddle cloth, and the hems and internal facings are made from the collar and hem.

2. Absence of the WTO in the classical sense

Leather cannot be ironed with steam. Instead of ironing, the seams are opened manually, glued with elastic polymer glue and beaten with a wooden hammer (mallet).

3. Assembly with insulation and lining

For thermal insulation, lightweight microfiber insulation (Valtherm / Thinsulate 100 g/m²) is used, quilted with a silk jacquard lining.
