The YS-4455 buttonhole attachment is installed on a universal lockstitch sewing machine and is used for making buttonholes on products.

The design of the YS-4455 device is a mechanism for making loops with the ability to adjust various loop parameters. Adjustment is carried out using adjusting screws.

Basic parameters of the loop that need to be adjusted
Loop length:

The loop length is adjusted with a screw located at the end of the mechanism. Maximum loop length 22 mm.

Zig-zag width

This parameter refers to the width of the zigzag side of the loop.

Distance between sides of loop

Loop density

The screw adjusts the density of the zigzag when making the side of the loop.

Loop movement handle

The handle allows you to scroll the frame of the loop making mechanism in a circle. This function allows you to start making a loop from any place, as well as return to the place where the thread breaks.
